Joe Harper personally performs all fuel injector service and outboard powerhead rebuilding — including Yamaha HPDI pumps and E-TEC injectors. Flagship has been listed in Yamaha literature for servicing their injectors and pumps. Having your original injectors cleaned and flow-tested to verify correct rate is one of the most valuable tools available for accurately diagnosing a motor's running issues.

About Joe & Karen Harper
Flagship Fuel Injection Services is a new company owned by Joe and Karen Harper — but the expertise behind it spans more than 30 years. Both Joe and Karen worked at Flagship Marine Engine in Punta Gorda, FL, until it closed in May 2026.
After finding themselves out of work, they made a decision: purchase all of the injector cleaning and pump recertification equipment from the old Flagship — and continue serving all of their past and future customers without missing a beat.
Joe personally performed all fuel injector service and outboard powerhead rebuilding at the old Flagship, and brings that same hands-on expertise to every job today. Flagship has been recognized in Yamaha literature for servicing their injectors and pumps, and that level of quality continues.

We completely service and recertify all Yamaha HPDI high pressure pumps. This is a thorough, multi-step process designed to restore your pump to factory performance and verify it meets Yamaha's high-speed flow specifications.
